Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive– International Sales to drive business growth across the Indian market. The role will focus on developing new customers, managing existing accounts, promoting Simson Pharma's product portfolio, generating business opportunities, and achieving defined sales targets while building strong and long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. International Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve International business and revenue targets.
  • Identify new markets, customers, distributors, and business opportunities across India.
  • Promote Simson Pharma's products and solutions to pharmaceutical, research, and related organizations.
  • Expand customer base through regular prospecting, lead generation, and market development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

 2. Sales & Business Growth

  • Manage existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for repeat and additional business.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and follow up on business opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms within approved company guidelines to close sales.
  • Monitor sales performance, customer requirements, and market developments to achieve business objectives.

3. Customer & Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure timely resolution of queries.
  • Conduct customer visits and meetings to understand requirements and strengthen relationships.
  • Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and customer commitments.
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to relevant internal teams.

4. Market Development & Product Promotion

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Support product launches and develop customer-specific approaches for portfolio expansion.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and industry events to generate business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and their applications.

5. Sales Reporting & Performance Management

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, quotations, orders, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
  • Track sales targets, conversion rates, customer growth, and business opportunities.
  • Analyse market and sales data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Qualification

  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or related scientific discipline.
  • B.Pharm./M.Pharm. or equivalent pharmaceutical qualification.
  • MBA in Sales, Marketing, International Business, Business Strategy, or equivalent management qualification will be preferred.

Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in domestic sales, business development, pharmaceutical/chemical sales, or a related industry.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, research chemicals, reference standards, or related industries will be preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Testing Services Executive to coordinate customer samples, testing requests, quotations, sales orders, reports, invoicing, and payment follow-ups. The role will act as a key coordination point between customers and internal testing laboratories to ensure timely execution, documentation, reporting, and commercial closure of testing service assignments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sample Management & Coordination

  • Coordinate collection and receipt of customer samples and ensure accurate recording of sample details.
  • Enter sample information and customer requirements accurately in the relevant systems and records.
  • Prepare and submit Test Requests to the concerned testing laboratories based on customer requirements.
  • Track sample movement and testing status to ensure timely execution of assignments.

2. Quotation & Order Management

  • Prepare quotations for testing services based on customer requirements and applicable service charges.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to confirm testing requirements, timelines, and technical feasibility.
  • Prepare Lab Sales Orders for confirmed testing service requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and customer communications.

3. Laboratory Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal testing laboratories for timely completion of assigned testing activities.
  • Follow up with laboratories for test reports and Certificates of Analysis (CoAs).
  • Ensure reports are received, reviewed for completeness, and communicated to customers within agreed timelines.
  • Escalate delays or discrepancies to the concerned teams for timely resolution.

4. Invoicing & Commercial Coordination

  • Prepare invoices for testing services based on completed assignments and applicable commercial terms.
  • Coordinate with Finance and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Maintain records of customer purchase orders, invoices, and payment status.
  • Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and pending purchase orders.

5. MIS & Documentation

  • Maintain Excel trackers for samples, testing status, quotations, sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, and outstanding payments.
  • Prepare periodic reports on testing assignments, pending reports, billing, collections, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure all testing service documentation is accurate, updated, and properly maintained.
  • Maintain organized records for easy tracking and future reference.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Sourcing

  • Identify and source materials, products, equipment, consumables, and services based on organizational requirements.
  • Conduct supplier research and identify reliable and cost-effective vendors for required materials.
  • Obtain and evaluate quotations based on quality, price, delivery timelines, and commercial terms.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.

2. Vendor Management

  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and service standards.

  • Coordinate with concerned teams for inspection and verification of received materials.
  • Report shortages, damages, quality issues, or discrepancies to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Follow up on delayed, incomplete, or rescheduled deliveries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure materials are delivered to the correct location and meet specified requirements.

5. Market Research & Cost Optimization

  • Conduct market research to monitor pricing, supplier availability, and emerging market trends.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, alternate sourcing, and improved procurement efficiency.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of supplier capabilities, product availability, and market conditions.
  • Support procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, payments, and received materials.
  • Ensure procurement documentation is complete and properly maintained for audit and reference purposes.
  • Prepare periodic procurement reports covering purchases, pending orders, supplier performance, and cost trends.
  • Update procurement data accurately in ERP/SAP or other relevant systems.
