CPHI being the most significant platform
for every pharma professional, it was quite a humongous event with over 2500+
exhibitors spread across 12 huge halls located at Messe Frankfurt, Germany.
We as an exhibitor created brand Simson in
international market since five years at CPHI, this year being different we
experimented to be as Visitor. We were more focused on clients being one of
the pros, we lost to connect with huge plethora of visitors was a con for us.
With arduous guidance of Dr. P.S. Rao
(MD) and Mr. D.P. Shrivastava (Marketing Director), we were able to cover more
than 100 exhibitors each region and product wise.
As a visitor, we could make quality
meetings with the decisions makers to consolidate over future business
propositions. Our major focus was to meet the technical decision makers which
was fruitful with most of the exhibitors. With prior planning, strategy and
impeccable efforts we as a team achieved hit rate of more than 90%.
Although we were able to meet most of
our client and generated new leads, we lost 30% of walk in leads as an exhibitor.
For CPHI 2020, we are coming up with
much better strategy to cover as well as cater.
